If you wish to return an item, collection costs £150, and the product must be in good, unused condition.

Made-to-order sofas: Delivered in 2–5 days. We’ll contact you with your estimated delivery time once your order is confirmed.

In-stock items (e.g., recliners): Usually delivered within 1–2 days, depending on your postcode.

Postcode variations: Delivery times may be longer for Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Cornwall, and other rural areas. We’ll always give you an estimated time frame once booked.
