4. Bespoke & Made-To-Order Items
Certain sofas are custom-built, including:
Special colours
Non-standard fabrics
Modified sizes
Made-to-order models
Bespoke items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty.
A small deposit may be required on custom items. This deposit:
Is non-refundable if you cancel
Will be clearly communicated before the order is processed

5. Prices & Payment
All prices on our website are shown in GBP (£).
We accept multiple payment methods, including:
Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

6. Delivery Information
6.1 Standard Delivery
We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Delivery times vary depending on stock availability, location, and courier schedules. Estimated delivery windows will be provided at the time of ordering.
6.2 Rural & Highland Deliveries
Some areas require additional pricing due to travel distance and courier limitations.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Rural Scotland
Highlands
Cornwall
Northern Ireland
Please contact us before purchasing to confirm delivery charges to these locations.
6.3 International Delivery
We do not offer international delivery, except for the UK regions listed above (Highlands, Cornwall, Northern Ireland).
6.4 Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
No one being available
Incorrect address provided
Inability to access the property
You may be charged an additional redelivery fee.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery
You must inspect your sofa at the time of delivery.
Please ensure you check:
Fabric condition
Cushion quality
Frame integrity
Colour
Any visible damage
If there is a problem, inform the delivery team immediately and contact us the same day.
Once the delivery team has left, and the item is accepted, any later reports of visible damage may not be covered.

8. Returns & Cancellations
8.1 Non-Bespoke Items
You may request a return within 48 hours of receiving your sofa, provided:
The item is unused
In original condition
In its original packaging (where applicable)
Return collection charges apply unless the item is faulty.
8.2 Bespoke/Custom Orders
As stated above, bespoke and made-to-order items are non-refundable unless proven faulty.
8.3 Faulty Items
If an item is faulty:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photographs or videos
We will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation
General wear and tear or damage caused by misuse is not covered.
8.4 Cancellations Before Delivery
If you cancel a non-bespoke order before dispatch, you may receive a full or partial refund depending on processing costs incurred.
Bespoke item cancellations will result in loss of the deposit.

9. Cash on Delivery Policy
If you select Cash on Delivery:
Full payment is required before the sofa is unloaded
If payment is not available at the time of arrival, the delivery will be returned and a redelivery fee may apply

10. Access Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that the sofa can be delivered through:
Door frames
Hallways
Staircases
Lifts
If delivery cannot be completed due to lack of access, a return or redelivery charge will be applied.

11. Warranty
Most sofas come with a standard manufacturer’s warranty covering structural defects. This does not include:
Fabric wear and tear
Accidental damage
Pet damage
Improper use
